The property is located in the Westend below the Münster , outside the historic city wall at the southwest corner of the intersection of Speicker Straße, Vitusstraße, Rheydter Straße, Fliethstraße and Bleichstraße.
architecture
It is a two-storey residential and commercial building of a former brewery with a loft from the middle of the 19th century, the core of which is probably older. The building is provided with a saddle roof with hipped shows the pediments to Vitus road offset obliquely. To the left of the gable of Vitusstraße there is a commercial entrance with a gate .
