SPOLCHEMIE - Spolek pro chemickou a hutní výrobu, as , is a listed Czech manufacturing chemicals company based in Ústí nad Labem . Spolchemie claims to be one of the leading manufacturers of synthetic resins in Europe.

The basic range consists of epoxy and alkyd resins, hardeners and solvents, caustic alkalis and inorganic chemicals (sodium and potassium hydroxide, chlorine, epichlorohydrin, allyl chloride). The company produces epoxy resin that has been certified with an EPD environmental certificate since 2011. In April 2017, a new membrane electrolysis was introduced, which completely replaces the old mercury technology. SPOLCHEMIE is one of the most important Czech exporters and one of the largest exporters in the Ústí region. As a result of the expropriation of the Austrian Association for Chemical and Metallurgical Production by the Czech government in 1945, without compensation, Spolchemie initially emerged as a state-owned company. The company was privatized in the 1990s and has since been listed on the Prague Stock Exchange under the name SPOLCHEMIE. The company made around 169 million euros in sales in 2016 and had 857 employees.
