Spooman (born April 13, 1974 in Chur ; real name Jakob Felix ) is a Swiss rapper.

Career

Felix had his first contact with rap around 1987. In 1990 he was a co-founder of the legendary AOH family, which released the CD Chill in 1998, which is now out of print . In 1994 he founded the crew Wrecked Mob together with Shape , Shark and ZORA . The cooperation between Spooman and Shape got closer and closer, from which the Dynamic Duo emerged. In 1999 they released the CD Vollkontakthiphop , which was re-released in 2004 .

In 2001 and 2002 Spooman released two solo CDs (Brennsprit, Casino). Guest appearances on the two CDs have people like Samy Deluxe , Bligg , Lexx, Shark, Shape, Gleis 2, Tza and ZORA.

Then Shape and Spooman came together again as a Dynamic Duo and in 2004 they released the CD Veni, Vidi, Vici , the record was produced by DJ Def Cut. The two musicians have stayed true to their style and “fight” the development of rap. This is to be understood in such a way that the development of rapeseed is going in a direction diametrically opposed to the original intentions: to deal verbally instead of solving problems with (armed) violence. These and other developments are criticized on this CD. In 2005 the third solo album, Absolut, was released, which Spooman announced as the last. Four years later Spooman celebrated a comeback, to which he released the solo album Irie Eye . This was followed by Shape, the collaboration album Championssound , which is the first Dynamic Duo release in six years.

In 2007 Spooman recorded the song Ei Stadt i de Schwiiz RMX with the Lucerne rappers Emm and Steven Egal . The song is a project of the umbrella association of fans of FC Luzern, the United Supporters Luzern . The net proceeds flow in full into the USL choreography.
