The Sport-Toplumy-Stadion is a stadium on the outskirts of Balkanabat in western Turkmenistan . The opening took place on October 14, 2009 and the stadium has a capacity of around 10,000 seats. The construction work was carried out by the Turkish company Ozaylar and cost the equivalent of 20 million $ .
The stadium is the home ground of the first division club Balkan FK . It is largely without a roof.
