Speech impairment
Speech impairment is the generic term for a variety of disorders in the following areas:
- Language acquisition ( language development delay )
- Ability to use linguistic structures for communication ( aphasia and mutism )
- voice
- Speaking ( speech disorder )
- Flow of speech ( stuttering , rumbling , stammering )
In the pedagogical field, language disabilities are understood as the need for special educational support in the language specialization area. Speech impaired, people who are affected, their mother tongue in volume and / or font impressionally and / or expressive age appropriate to use and thus in their personality - and social development of their learning and as well as the formation and utilization efficiency are hampered.
