The Speaker Committee Act regulates the representation of executive employees in companies that have more than ten executive employees .

It was issued in 1988 as Article 2 of the Act to amend the Works Constitution Act, on speakers' committees for senior executives and to ensure participation in the coal and steel industry .

The law is divided into:
