sprichcode is an Austrian competition for German-language literature and photography.
The competition for 14 to 25 year olds was founded in 2001 by the municipality of Leonding and by Leopold Kislinger, lecturer at the Art University Linz. The prize is awarded every two years. The jurors for the literature section are currently Karin Fleischanderl and Gustav Ernst , for the photography Gabriele Rothemann and Margret Weber-Unger.

The media cooperation partners , the Upper Austrian News and the ORF Radio Upper Austria , as well as the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor each give their own awards.
