Srđan Andrić (born January 5, 1980 in Dubrovnik , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Croatian football player. He played in central defensive midfield and was occasionally used in central defense .

Career

Srđan Andrić began his professional career at the traditional Croatian club Hajduk Split . At the age of 19 he moved to Split and stayed there until the summer of 2004. At Hajduk, Andrić made a total of 103 appearances and scored 9 goals. During this time he won the Croatian championship in 2001 and 2004 and the Croatian Cup in 2000 and 2003 and became the captain of his team. In the summer of 2004 Andrić finally moved to Greece to Panathinaikos Athens , where he was under contract for three seasons.

From 2007 Andrić played again at Hajduk Split. In 2010 he won the national cup competition for the third time with Hajduk. After the 2011/12 season he moved to al-Wahda , for which he was active in the 2012/13 season. After the season he ended his professional career.

Andrić was appointed to the Croatian national football team and came there on two missions (one goal).
