Stéphane Goubert
Stéphane Goubert (born March 13, 1970 in Montpellier ) is a former French cyclist .
Career
Stéphane Goubert began his professional career in 1994. From 1997 to 1998 he drove for the Équipe Cofidis team , then moved to Polti and two years later to Jean Delatour . From 2004 he drove for the French team AG2R Prévoyance .
In 2005, Goubert won the third stage of the Vuelta a Castilla y León , which he finished seventh overall. He also finished seventh at the GP La Marseillaise 2005. He took part in the Tour de France ten times; his best overall ranking was a 16th place in 2009 . At the end of the 2009 season he ended his cycling career.
