description
The building is a three-aisled cross-rib vaulted basilica with a transept, crossing tower and choir with a 5/8 end (total length: 32 m). The wall plan of the nave and choir is two-story, in the three- bay nave there are round pillars with service templates, the tall nave walls without a triforium with simple lancet windows in the upper aisle. The choir polygon is fenced through on two floors (also lancet windows), three lancet windows and a rose window on each of the transept walls. In spite of its simplicity, the building is to be rated as high-quality in terms of quality, especially since an almost unchanged, completely one-piece church from the 13th century has come down to us here.
The most remarkable piece of equipment is a stone retable from the 2nd quarter of the 16th century with a depiction of the Passion of Christ placed in the choir head.
