Andreas Attenberger (born September 28, 1984 in Landshut ) is a German ice hockey player (striker) who has been under contract with ESC Dorfen in the Bavarian League since 2009 .

Career

Attenberger began his career in the 2000/01 season at the age of 16 in the junior division of the Landshut Cannibal in the DNL and a year later he had his first appearance in the league and the following year he played his first game in the 2. Bundesliga .

For the 2003/04 season he moved to EV Dingolfing in the Bayernliga and a year later he signed a contract with EHC Munich for the 2004/05 season , which he extended for a year after being promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga. After successfully staying up in 2005/06 Attenberger signed for another year, but only played 3 games for EHC Munich in the 2006/07 season before moving to league rivals Kassel Huskies .

After his time in the 2nd Bundesliga, Attenberger moved to the Bayernliga, where he played for the later Bayern league champions EHC Waldkraiburg in the 2007/08 season before moving to EC Pfaffenhofen for the 2008/09 season. Since 2009 he has been playing in the Bavarian League for ESC Dorfen .
