St-Rémi (St. Remigius) is a Roman Catholic church in Singrist ( Bas-Rhin department ) in France . The church is registered as a French cultural heritage.

history

The origins of the church dedicated to St. Remigius of Reims go back to the 10th century. The oldest part is the choir tower from the 13th / 14th centuries. Century, which is similar to that of the monastery church in neighboring Sindelsberg . The core of the nave dates from around 1500 and today bears the year 1721 on the gable wall. At that time the nave was raised and received its current shape.
