The St. Johannes Nepomuk monument in Kirchheim in Swabia in the Unterallgäu district , Bavaria , is located in the middle of the market square and is a listed building. The figure is dedicated to St. John Nepomuk and was made from shell limestone . The tail base on which the figure is located is more recent than the figure and only roughly hewn. The Rococo figure of the saint stands on a pedestal . The pedestal bears the year 1740 and a relief coat of arms of Count Cajetan Joseph Fugger and his wife Maria Anna née von Stein zum Rechtenstein.
