The St. Josef Stift Sendenhorst is a hospital in the small town of Sendenhorst near Münster ( Westphalia ). It was opened as a general hospital in 1889, converted into a specialist orthopedic clinic in 1960 and a rheumatoid clinic in 1980 . It was donated by Josef Spithöver , designed by the architect Wilhelm Rincklake .
