The Protestant village church St. Bonifatius is in the municipality of Emleben in the Gotha district in Thuringia .

history

The previous church, from which the steeple comes, was built in 1443. The neo-Romanesque hall building with double galleries was built around 1872 . The nave is restored by date half. The church ceiling is damaged. The restoration is still ongoing in 2016.

Therefore, the church highlights take place in other buildings, such as on the Boxberg in summer and in winter in the Citizens' Hall of Emleben.
