Furnishing

Two bells hanging in the tower are from 1728, one of the two was cast in 1839 because it cracked. On June 16, 1917, the big bell in the church tower was smashed and melted down together with the tin pipes of the organ for war needs.

The organ from 1711 was built in the workshop of Johann Christoph Thielemann . In 1852 Johann Friedrich Marksohn donated the glass, bronze-decorated chandelier with eight lights.

The church tower in the middle on the west side of the nave was renovated in 1703 and 1863. In 1863 the northern church tower wall was rebuilt because of a crack. On October 25, 1863, the new tower knob was made by coppersmith Mälzer from Gotha and put on next to the embellished flag .

In 1906 a new, precise tower clock was installed. In October 1934 the church tower was given a new slate roof, and the tower button was gilded together with the four corner buttons. In November 1948, a bullet hole was repaired on the large tower button and the swastika removed.
