Pfullendorf is a district of Nessetal in the Gotha district in Thuringia .

Pfullendorf is northwest of Bufleben. The district can be reached via the provincial road 1043 from Hausen and via a local road. The district and the core town are located in a fertile arable area around Gotha . The Fahner height shields northeast this space climatically favorably. Green erosion channels loosen up the landscape.
history
On August 20, 1166 the district was first mentioned in a document. It belonged to the acquisition by the Lords of Wangenheim until the abolition of patrimonial mid-19th century to Wangenheim's court in the duchy of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg and Saxe-Coburg and Gotha .
In 1976 Pfullendorf was incorporated into Bufleben together with Hausen.
In 1708, the Protestant theologian Friedrich Eberhard Rambach was born in Pfullendorf.
