description

The chancel, which is enclosed with exposed concrete walls, is covered by a roof supported by four steel supports, which leaves a large gap for the incidence of light. The bell stands that were first installed in front of the square were replaced by a tower, the cornerstone of which was laid on October 19, 1993.

On the church square there is a fountain and a floor sculpture by Alf Lechner made of solid stainless steel (1991).

The Old St. Christoph Church , built in 1926/1927, is located at Pfarrer-Himmler-Straße 3.

On January 1, 2003, St. Christoph merged with the neighboring parish of St. Johannes Evangelist to form the Parish Association of Fasanerie. From April 20, 2012 to December 31, 2017, they belonged to the parish association Fasanerie-Feldmoching, expanded to include the parish of St. Peter and Paul Feldmoching.
