St. Michael (Igersheim)

The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Michael in Igersheim in the Main-Tauber district was built between 1878 and 1880 and is consecrated to St. Michael the Archangel . The church was built in place of a previous church that had become too small and was consecrated on July 7, 1881. It is a neo-Romanesque building by senior building officer Georg Morlok with a partially old tower. The Church of St. Michael belongs to pastoral care unit 2 , which is assigned to the Mergentheim deanery of the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese . The Michaelskirche is a cultural monument of the community Igersheim.
