St. Philip and Jacobus (Burgliebenau)
St. Philippus and Jacobus is a listed Protestant church in the village of Burgliebenau in the community of Schkopau in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments it is listed as a monument under registration number 094 20688 . It belongs to the parish area Dieskau in the parish of Halle-Saale district of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .
The sacred building, consecrated to Philip and Jacobus, is located on Alte Dorfstrasse in Burgliebenau. Inside, the furnishings and the paintings from the Baroque have been preserved. The exterior is a simple baroque church with a Welschen dome . The church was built in 1731.
