The history of the St. Rochus Church in Göschweiler in the southern Black Forest goes back to the 13th century, it is used today as a studio and event room by the contemporary artist Johannes Dörflinger .

The tower of the Rochuskirche dates from the 14th century, the nave itself from the 18th century. In 1939, the Rochuskirche lost its sacred significance, as a new church, the "Herz-Jesu-Kirche" , was completed in Göschweiler . In 1994 the church interior with a gallery and the sacristy were converted into a studio .
