St George's Cathedral (Windhoek)

The St George's Cathedral ( German  "St. George's Cathedral" ) in Windhoek is the cathedral of the Anglican diocese of Windhoek and the most important Namibian Anglican church in southern Africa .

The cathedral was built in 1924 and can accommodate 120 people. A church tower is missing. In mid-2015, the expansion of the church by two aisles to 500 seats was announced.
