The name Stabburet is derived from the word Stabbur . Stabbur is the name of an old Norwegian food and grain store.
Stabburet is a manufacturer of ready meals , frozen pizzas, sauces, pies, beverages, spreads and confectionery. The products are sold under the brand names Stabburet, Grandiosa , Big One, Chef, Nora, Nugatti, and Fun Light.
The company had sales of NOK 2,973 million in 2009 and around 1,000 employees.
