The city administration of Mannheim is the municipal self-government of the city of Mannheim .
The city administration of Mannheim is divided into a total of six departments (Department of the Lord Mayor and Departments I to V). The mayor heads the administration and is also chairman of the municipal council , and he also heads his own department. The Lord Mayor is represented by the First Mayor, who also heads a department.
