Stahlnetz was a German band from Wuppertal with a style of minimal electro and synth pop . The members were Jochen Rausch (vocals, keyboard) and Detlev Cremer (drums). She made her debut in 1982 with the LP We are happy , from which the singles Before All Those Years and The Sailor and the Stewardess were decoupled. Conny Plank was the producer .

Rausch and Cremer were also active in the band Die Helden and now form the duo LEBENdIGITAL .
