The Standard Bank Pro20 Series 2005/06 was the third season of the South African Twenty20 Championship in cricket and was played from January 18 to February 19, 2006. The six franchises that are also active in first-class cricket in South Africa took part in the tournament . The winners were the Eagles , who beat the Titans in the final with 6 wickets .

The six teams played in a group against each other team once. The first four qualified for the semi-finals, the winners of which won the competition in the final.
