Stanisław Mikulski (born May 1, 1929 in Łódź , † November 27, 2014 in Warsaw ) was a Polish actor.

After graduating from high school in 1949, he was engaged by film director Leonard Buczkowski for the film Pierwszy start (The first start) in the role of a young glider pilot. During military service, Mikulski worked in the soldier amateur theater. After his military service in January 1953, Mikulski was engaged in the Juliusz Osterwa Theater in Lublin .

After an external examination, he became a professional actor. Among other things, he got the role of the insurgent "Smukły" (The Slim) in Andrzej Wajda's film The Canal . In the years 1967–1968 he played the main role in the TV film series Stawka większa niż życie (about " stakes more expensive than life"). He played the role of the Polish agent Stanisław Kolicki, who took on the role of the German first lieutenant Hans Kloss in the ranks of the German defense during World War II . This role earned him a popularity that continues to this day. The film series ran on GDR television in 1969 under the title Seconds Decide .

Mikulski then appeared in various theaters in Warsaw and took part in several films.

In the 1970s he was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party (PVAP) . From 1988 to 1990 he was director of the Polish Cultural Center at the Polish Embassy in Moscow . From 1995 to 1998 he hosted a quiz program on state television.

In 2012 he played the role of "Hans Kloss" in a continuation of the television film that had brought him his greatest success 44 years earlier.
