Statens kärnkraftinspektion

Statens kärnkraftinspektion (SKI) was a government agency in Sweden based in Stockholm .

The areas of responsibility of the authority founded in 1974 included radiation protection and technical monitoring in the field of nuclear energy , such as the operational control of nuclear power plants . Statens kärnkraftinspektion was dissolved on June 30, 2008 and integrated into the Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten ( Radiation Safety Authority ).
