Stefan Kölly

Stefan Kölly (born March 14, 1928 in Eisenerz , Styria , † May 22, 2018 ) was an Austrian football player and coach.

Career

Stefan Kölly, like his brother Alfred , spent his entire football career at GAK . With the athletes, the attacker succeeded in 1951 promotion to the state league. In 1952 he played his first and only international match (vs. Switzerland, final score 1: 1). After Rudi Hiden , he was only the second Styrian in the national team. A serious injury forced him to retire in 1954.

He also worked as a trainer for the GAK in the 1962/63 season.

Kölly died on May 22, 2018 at the age of 90.
