Stefan Wiertz
Stefan Wiertz (* 1964 ) is a German cook and author .
biography
Wiertz became known at ProSieben Maxx in the cooking and grill show BeefBattle - duel on the grill . He was previously a guest on the Kochduell show several times . Since 2016 he has been invited as a mentor for the candidates at Grill den Henssler ( VOX ). Wiertz also wrote some non-fiction books on the subject of eating and drinking.
