Styrian Society for Cultural Policy

The Styrian Society for Cultural Policy (GKP) is a cultural association in Styria. The President is the former President of the State Parliament, Kurt Flecker . The aim of the company is cultural engagement in a variety of event forms with reference to fundamental questions of society, such as the role of women, changes in the world of work, violence and war as well as European developments.

The Styrian Society for Cultural Policy was founded in 1977 by the SPÖ politicians Christoph Klauser and Alfred Stingl with the aim of addressing "regional cultural events from social democracy".
