The building at Stendaler Straße 16 is a listed farmhouse in the town of Haldensleben in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located north of the city center on the north side of Stendaler Straße. The district court of Haldensleben borders to the west . The property is bounded to the northeast by the city wall.
Architecture and history
The two-storey baroque building was erected after a city fire at the end of the 17th century. The large eaves house belonged to an arable farm and was rebuilt in the 19th century. Simplifications of the design followed later. The upper floor is built in half-timbered construction and provided with a profiled threshold. In the western part of the house there is a large arched gate with a profiled archivolt . The front door in the eastern part can be reached via a three-step staircase.
In the monument register for Haldensleben , the arable citizen's house is registered as an architectural monument under registration number 094 30163 .
The building is regarded as a structure that shapes the cityscape.
