Stephanie Grace Whitson
Stephanie Grace Whitson (* 1952 ) is an American fiction writer .
She has four children and is widowed, but has remarried.
About the books
Her books are usually set in the Wild West around 1850 to 1890 , mostly in Nebraska or Dakota, but also elsewhere. The main character is usually a strong young woman - often more of a girl starting out on an adventure. In the course of the story she meets many people who help her to grow in faith and "to come to terms with God".
