Stephanie McKnight (born April 3, 1960 ) is a former cyclist and skeleton cyclist from the US Virgin Islands .

Stephanie McKnight took part in the 70-kilometer road bike race at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul , where she finished 48th. McKnight took part in several international men's competitions in 1990. At the skeleton world championship in 1990 on the combined artificial ice rink at Königssee , she finished 40th, relegating 18 men to the rear. At the Skeleton World Cup race in Calgary in the 1989/90 season she finished 58th and was 58th in the overall ranking of the competition at the end of the season with four points.
