Stephanie Pfeiffer

Stephanie Pfeiffer (born January 8, 1966 in Heidelberg ) is a former German basketball player .

career

In July 1983, Pfeiffer took part in the German junior European championship in Italy with the German selection  . With SG BC / USC Munich, she won the German cup competition in 1990 and 1991, and in 1992 she became German champion with Munich (under the club name Lotus Munich ). She also competed in the European Cup with Munich. In early July 1985 Pfeiffer was used in two friendly matches against the CSSR , it remained their only A-internationals for Germany.

Pfeiffer and her husband, the former volleyball player Jörg Bertholdt , emigrated to the United States . Their daughter Marie Bertholdt became, like the mother, a German national basketball player.
