Stephen David Wyatt Milligan (* 12. May 1948 in Godalming , Surrey , † 7. February 1994 in London ) was a British journalist and politician of the Conservatives . From 1992 to 1994 he was in the House of Commons , the lower house of the British Parliament, for the constituency of Eastleigh . He probably died from self-strangulation in a breath control game .
