Stephinates
Stephinates (also Tefnachte II. ) Was after Manetho the second “king” of the “ Protosaite dynasty ”, which is set before the beginning of the 26th dynasty . Stephinates ruled from 695 to 688 BC. With a duration of seven years. The ancient Egyptian form "Tefnacht" (" His strength ") is probably the basis for the Greek name equivalent .
Since no monuments are occupied by Tefnakht II, he was probably a local vassal of the 25th Dynasty . Wolfgang Helck sees him as a possible son of Bakenrenef .
