Stewart is an impact crater on the eastern edge of the lunar front , on the northeastern edge of Mare Spumans , north of Pomortsev crater and southwest of Dubyago .

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1976 after the American astrophysicist John Quincy Stewart . Previously, he was as Dubyago Q referred.
