The foundation family BSW & EWH bundles the services of the foundations Bahn-Sozialwerk (BSW) and Eisenbahn-Waisenhort (EWH). The benefits are aimed at employees in the railway sector and their families - even beyond their active working life. It has a tradition of more than 100 years as a solidary community. Over a quarter of a million people support the BSW & EWH family of foundations as sponsors and / or donors.

The BSW and EWH foundations remain legally separate from each other.

Bimonthly is magazine Family Foundation published that addresses with internals, the regional and the services for social, leisure, health, care and travel packages as well as the rail domestic fuel supply to members and readers.
