Stoneghost or " Stone Ghost ", also Intelink -C, Intelink Commonwealth or "Q-Lat" (for Quad link ), is the code name for a communication network of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) of the United States of America for the exchange of information between entities in the United States, United Kingdom , Canada and Australia . Other sources add New Zealand to the participants, naming them all so-called Five Eyes , the cooperating intelligence services of the nations mentioned.

Stone Ghost not used to transmit information of the classification level Top Secret (~ "top secret"). Nevertheless, it is a high security network with strict requirements for device technology and software security. It is used to transmit military information, signal intelligence , intelligence information from the foreign intelligence services and information on national security .

The American professor for Intelligence and National Security at Tiffin University, Tiffin (Ohio) , Jan Goldman, named the communication between DIA partners and Commonwealth allies during military conflicts as an additional function of Stoneghost in 2016. This is a major difference from other allies, who are only provided with intelligence on a case-by-case basis.
