Storholmen (Vaxholm)

Storholmen is a small island belonging to Sweden in the Stockholm archipelago .

The island, built with several buildings, belongs to the municipality of Vaxholm . It is part of the Gröna Jägarna archipelago, which consists of three islands . A little further west is the island of Kattholmen , to the east Tumlaren . The ship's passage from the Baltic Sea to Stockholm runs south and north of Storholmen . Storholmen is, apart from the western tip, wooded and extends from west to east over about 130 meters, with a width of up to 50 meters. This makes it the largest island in the archipelago. There is a jetty on the east side.
