The Patras tram was a local transport system in the city of Patras in the Peloponnese that existed from 1902 to 1917. It was the first tram in Greece to be entirely electric from the start. The depot was located in the Ities district, from where the two routes began. The first line led to Agios Dionysios and was 5.3 km long, the second line to Agios Georgios and Germanos and was 1.7 km long.

Scheduled operation began on April 7, 1902 and was discontinued in 1917 for unknown reasons. Possible reasons are the large number of accidents in which the trams were involved, others that it was more lucrative for society to sell the electricity it produced itself. A reintroduction failed in 1930.

A reintroduction of the tram in Patras is currently being discussed. The city commissioned a feasibility study with the Athens Tramway.
