Erić started in the Balkan Cup for the first time in March 2015 in Pale and finished 24th in the 10 km freestyle. At the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2017 in Erzurum he came in 32nd place over 10 km freestyle and 28th place in the sprint. In the 2018/19 season he won the 10 km freestyle twice in Sjenica and thus took his first wins in the Balkan Cup. In addition, he came third twice and second once and thus won the overall ranking of the Balkan Cup. At the season highlight, the Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 in Seefeld in Tyrol , he finished 92nd in the sprint. In the following season he came with two second and third places, in second place in the overall ranking of the Balkan Cup. In December 2019, he started the World Cup in Davos for the first time , finishing 83rd in the 15 km freestyle and 73rd in the sprint.
