Straiton Parish Church
The Straiton Parish Church is a church building of the Presbyterian Church of Scotland in the Scottish village of Straiton in the Council Area South Ayrshire . In 1971 the structure was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A. At the same location there was a previous medieval building . Parts of this structure were incorporated into the Straiton Parish Church, built in 1758. In 1813 the building was restored and in 1901 it was revised and expanded. The church is still in use as such.

Straiton Parish Church is set in a surrounding churchyard on Main Street , Straiton's main street. The rear extension with piscina dates from the 13th or 14th century, while the remaining parts date from the 1750s. Mention should be made of the large tracery on the southern gable side. In the cemetery there are numerous historical gravestones, including those of covenanters .
