The beach hall is a building on the German North Sea island of Langeoog .

The building, erected in 1954, is located on the highest elevation of the Langeooger Höhenpromenade, a 23 meter high dune called Punschdüne . Before that, there were already five lighter-weight buildings in other parts of the island, each of which was destroyed by the forces of nature. The building, built on stone foundations, was operated by Heinz Wiebecke (1917–1989), the father-in-law of the painter Anselm Prester , among others . Wiebecke bought the building in 1960. It was provided with a freight elevator and an additional staircase in 1970 and renovated in 1978. Due to its exposed position, the building has an impact on the appearance of the island and offers a panoramic view of the landscape. The beach hall houses a restaurant and café, which in 2008 received the Carlsberg Prize for “Best Pub 2008” . The operator has been the Kolb group of companies since 2006 .
