Strapatsada

Strapatsada ( Greek στραπατσάδα) is a dish made from tomatoes and eggs from Greek cuisine . These components are mixed with olive oil , various spices such as oregano and with feta or kefalotyri . Due to the simplicity of preparation, the dish is very popular. The regions of Arcadia and Peloponnese are considered to be the region of origin .

Alternatively, the dish is also called Kagianas .
