StrataFlash (also Intel StrataFlash Memory) is Intel's brand name for a series of low-voltage flash memories that are manufactured using the company's own 0.13 µm process. The memory was created for mobile solutions. It is operated with 1.8 V or 3 V. Currently available memory sizes are 8 Mbit, 16 Mbit and 32 Mbit. If individual modules are combined, up to 128 Mbit can be directly addressed with current XScale processors.

At the end of March 2008, Intel outsourced most of its flash production to a joint venture with STMicroelectronics . The new company was named Numonyx .
