The three-storey mansard roof building with a half-timbered core was originally built in the 17th century, the sandstone facade was built towards the end of the 18th century. Originally the building had a footprint of 4.80 × 12.50 meters, which was enlarged in the 20th century with single-storey extensions at the rear. After it was used as a residential and commercial building until the 1980s, the building stood empty for around 20 years and was left to decay until it was finally sold in 2010. The new owner extensively restored and refurbished the structure over the next three years and removed the subsequent additions. After the renovation work, the building has a living space of around 100 m² in the form of two holiday apartments .
