Struan Cottage is a cottage on the Scottish Hebridean island of North Uist . In 1980 the building was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in the highest category A.

The cottage was likely built in the 19th century. The exact construction date is not recorded. Struan Cottage is just off the A865 on North Uist's north coast. Architecturally, the one-story cottage corresponds to the traditional building type in the Hebrides . The front door is in the middle on the east-facing front. It is flanked by windows on both sides. Another window can be found in the middle on the back. The mighty masonry is not plastered, but whitewashed. It is made of quarry stone , with the building edges rounded. Chimneys tower at both ends. The building ends with a thatched roof that is secured with stones. An outbuilding to the east is now used as a garage.
