Subhash Singh (born February 2, 1990 in Manipur ) is an Indian soccer player .

Childhood and youth

Singh came from a family of soccer players and started playing soccer at a very early age. He was quickly noticed by his speed and his skills on the ball. When his cousin Samson Singh joined Air India FC , Subhash also decided to pursue his football career, which made his parents very happy. At the age of 15 he then joined the Sports Authority of India , a team in Manipur, and in 2005 he moved to ESU Manipur . There his cousin Samson noticed his talent, he brought him to a trial training at Air India FC, where Subhash was able to convince and received a professional contract.

Career

Singh began his professional career in 2007 at Air India FC, where he impressed with his goals, which is why he was signed by Kingfisher East Bengal in 2009 . In 2010 he moved to Pune FC and was able to convince again here. His good performance earned him the Young Player of the Year 2011-12 award. In June 2013 he signed with Shillong Lajong FC and made his debut on September 22, 2013 against Dempo SC , coming on in the 73rd minute. Shillong won the game 3-0. In 2014 he was signed by Mumbai City FC .
